We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic and Digital Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a passionate designer looking to start out in a role bringing new ideas to life, connecting with a global audience, and creating visually compelling content that resonates with our young travelers.
As the Junior Graphic and Digital Designer, you will support the Design Manager and User Experience Manager in the production of materials across both website and social, for both digital and print, ensuring brand consistency while helping us inspire and engage our adventurous community. In this role you will:
Design Creation
- Develop visually engaging designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, ads, and print.
- Design assets such as banners, icons, illustrations, motion graphics, and video.
- Be ahead of the curve in terms of design ideas and new ways in which we can achieve set company goals and objectives, through creative means.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and branding requirements.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall visual identity.
- Contribute to the development of new visual concepts and creative strategies.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience
You must have:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Online design tools: Canva, Figma.
- Knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Adobe Animate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow for design collaboration is beneficial.
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a digital design, graphic design, or a related role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects.
Creativity and Attention to Detail
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout.
Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to explain design decisions and ideas clearly to non-designers.
- Strong teamwork and time management abilities.
Adaptability and Learning
- Enthusiasm to learn new tools and adapt to evolving design trends.
- Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.

- Experience with web design platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and Elementor.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics.
- Understanding of SEO, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Travel experience/ prior experience of one of our programs
