Terms and Conditions

This promotion is offered by FurtherTravel Limited, whose registered office is First Floor, Fairbairn Building, 70-72 Sackville Street, Manchester, M1 3NJ. By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
If you make a Qualifying Booking (defined below), each booking will, subject to availability, receive complimentary mobile data via an eSIM:

You will receive 3GB of mobile data if you book the ‘12 Day Adventure’, ‘Bangkok to Beaches’, or ‘Rescue Paws’ program.
You will receive 5GB of mobile data if you book the ‘Ultimate Adventure’, ‘Island Explorer’, ‘North Discovery’, ‘Summer Teach’, or ‘Teaching Placement’ program.

Qualifying Booking means a booking which meets all of the following requirements:

Order must be placed on or after 1st September 2024;
Order must be at least 3 days before departure;

You will receive one eSIM per booking with the amount of data set out at paragraph 2 above. Details of how to redeem the eSIM will be sent to the registered email address of the participant and can be activated by any device.
Availability: This promotion is subject to availability and FurtherTravel reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.

eSIM Terms and Conditions

The eSIM is provided by a third-party supplier, HUBBY to go B.V (“HUBBY”) who have their own terms and conditions which will apply. Although FurtherTravel will pay for the eSIM on your behalf, it is your responsibility to comply with their terms.
You’ll be required to download Hubby’s mobile app to be able to use the eSIM which requires you to have one of the compatible devices listed here.
If you use all the data we have provided you with and you want more data, you’ll need to top-up via Hubby’s app and you’ll be responsible for any costs for the extra data.
The eSIM is non-exchangeable and no cash equivalent will be given by FurtherTravel if you choose not to use the eSIM or if you’re unable to use it because you don’t have a compatible device.

Legal

Subject to paragraph 11, FurtherTravel shall not be liable for any loss you suffer arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of the eSIM.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of FurtherTravel (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by FurtherTravel’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.
The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with FurtherTravel’s privacy policy. FurtherTravel will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion (and such use will include transferring personal information to HUBBY).
FurtherTravel’s standard booking conditions apply to bookings, please refer to our terms and conditions displayed as part of the booking journey.
These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
